We understand the importance of technology and have revamped our My Merit App– exclusive to Merit Insurance personal insurance policy owners. Our app allows users to view policy information, view and download a copy of their digital pink card, submit a claim, or contact a broker all within one place. The app is available for Android, Apple products, and desktop. Our website links to a step-by-step tutorial video series on how to download and use the app.

We acknowledge that the jargon used in the insurance industry can be confusing! That is why we redesigned our product pages’ content into bite-sized pieces, utilizing a question and answered based layout. We hope this allows for easier comprehension and readability for all users.

Our website features a “Make A Payment” button that is clearly visible on the top of each page. You can easily make payments with the click of a button.
