THE MERIT INSURANCE STORY

Founded in 1981, Merit Insurance Brokers, Inc. is a full-service independent insurance brokerage that is based on a vision of providing extensive expertise and top-notch personal service to our clients. This vision, along with the dedication of several professional insurance brokers, quickly resulted in a substantial Toronto-based office helping clients make sound insurance choices and offering a complete range of insurance products and services to meet all their insurance needs.

A second location was added in Flamborough, Ontario in 1999, bringing the ability to fully service the farm sector. The Farm, Equine and Country Estate sector now comprises a large part of Merit’s business.

Today, Merit Insurance Brokers Inc. proudly provides insurance coverage for more than 10,000 clients through more than 40 different domestic and international insurance markets.
